Up for your consideration is a Polaroid 600 Camera Tester. This modified cartridge can be used to mechanically test your Polaroid camera that takes 600 film or SX70 film . Using this device you won’t have to spend extra money buying a new film.

Step-By-Step to test a Camera

1. Insert four (4) AAA batteries (Not included) into the tester.
2. Load the tester cartridge into the camera. The film ejection motor will engage and the picture counter on the back of the camera will read “10”. 
3. Wait for the camera built-in electronic flash to charge. A green light behind the flash will come on.
4. Press the shutter button. The built-in flash will fire and the film ejection motor will run one more time.
