I bought one box too many and don’t need now.
This is Timbertech “Cortex” Hidden Fastener System
Color DARK ROAST
Per label the Box Contains:
300 Dark Roast Color Plugs
224 Screws (2.5″)
2 Setting Tools

Basically
1) Drill hole part way through Timbertech deck board (of same color DARK ROAST). Not through! Read instructions.
2) Fasten deck board with screw (has special threading) Use special driver bit included in box.
Bit is made to drive screw to correct depth and leave space for plug.
Bit has soft material that helps prevent marks to deck board.
3) Insert a plug, colored side up. Align grain of plug to grain of deck board.
Gently tap plug in place. Use smooth face hammer or use a smooth scrap of wood on top to prevent marks.
