The GAF Master Flow PivotTM Pipe Boot Flashing is a turning point in roof system protection. Designed and tested tough, the Pivot helps avoid leaks associated with many commodity plumbing pipe roof boots which can degrade and fail before the service life of the shingles. Help avoid headaches and protect your home against damaging leaks at one of the most vulnerable parts of your new or existing roof – penetrations (the place where plumbing pipes stick through your roof).

- Plumbing pipes that are 6 in. to 15 in. (152.4 mm to 381 mm) above the roof deck taller pipes may be cut down if necessary
- Clever ball and socket pivot feature allows for simple rooftop pitch adjustment and installation on roofs 3: 12 – 12: 12
- 26-Gauge galvanized steel construction
- Passes the 110 mph wind-driven rain test per TAS-100A and UL 2218 class 4 impact resistance test, (testing performed under controlled laboratory conditions, hail damage is not covered under GAF limited warranties)
- Extra-large 3 in. (76.2 mm) flashing on all sides helps reduce the risk of water infiltration
- Includes pre-punched nail guides on the base flashing for ease of installation and flashing expansion/contraction
- Pre-formed guide-lines in the base flashing help identify the termination/cut location for shingles
