Item was inspected, cleaned, and tested, confirming excellent working condition. Battery charge is warrantied to last more than 30 minutes when disconnected from power source. Cosmetic condition is good with some signs of wear that don’t affect functionality. Back plate may have several holes that were made for cable  installation and to fix the sign with screws to the wall.
